Pre-Orders Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Arrangement for Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-ordered items, along with any in-stock items included in the same order, will be shipped together once all pre-ordered items have arrived

    Please review the official estimated release timeframe (ETA) for each pre-order item in the product description to manage expectations.

    If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, we suggest placing a separate order.

  2. Pre-Order Item Arrival Notification Email: Customers will receive an email notification once each pre-ordered item has arrived (if applicable).

    Should you prefer to receive an arrived pre-ordered item ahead of the remaining items in your order, we can arrange separate shipping. A payment link will be provided to cover the additional shipping costs.

  3. Notification for Complete Order Arrival: We will send out a notification email once all pre-order items have arrived, providing the shipping address recorded in the order. Customers must inform us within 2 working days if the shipping address is incorrect or needs to be updated by replying our email.

    If no reply is received by the deadline, shipping will be arranged according to the information provided without further notice.

    If you wish to purchase additional items before the order is dispatched, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving the notification email.

    Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended, and the shipping fee will not be refunded. This policy applies to orders eligible for free shipping as well.

  4. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery Fees: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if the recipient misses the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee (10% of the entire order amount) and a shipping fee for redelivery will be charged.

  5. Pre-Order Address Updates: Customers must inform us as soon as possible if the shipping address for pre-orders needs to be changed, such as due to moving house or changing jobs.


    Pre-Orders Policy

    1. Product Images and Reference: The product images displayed are for reference purposes and may differ from the final product. Some models are subjected to licensor approval, manufacturer might change the details without prior notice. 

    2. Stock and Release Date: Our stock is primarily imported. The official release date provided is not necessarily the date when we receive the items. Please note that additional shipping time might be required for the items to arrive.

    3. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Pre-ordered items are non-refundable. Any price changes by manufacturers between the pre-order and release date will not affect the agreed-upon price. 

    4. Manufacturer Delays: Please review the official estimated release timeframe (ETA) for each pre-order item in the product description to manage expectations. Mini Toy Sensei is not accountable for any delays in manufacturing or unexpected changes made by manufacturers. 

    5. Allocation and Fulfilment: Pre-ordered items are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis. If the supplier provides fewer units than the number of pre-orders received, the available items will be distributed to the earliest pre-orders. Customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled due to limited supply or receipt of damaged items will receive a full refund.

    6. Refund for Unreleased Items: A full refund will be issued if the manufacturer fails to release the items (Subject to the manufacturer's official announcement).

    7. Policy Updates: Mini Toy Sensei reserves the right to update this Policy as necessary to reflect changes in the pre-order process and policies. Any changes will be posted on this page.
