The majority of our items are available in stock, unless otherwise indicated as pre-order item.
We strive to dispatch most orders within 1-3 working days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and UK public holidays. During peak periods, especially considering our small team, there might be extensions in processing times. Should any delays occur for any reason, we will promptly inform you.
Shipping Options and Rates
UK Domestic Orders:
Free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) is entitled to orders totalling £50 or more.
For orders below this amount:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) : £4.50 (Standard)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24™ (or equivalent) : £5.80 (Express)
The shipping cost for your order is automatically displayed at checkout.
International Orders (Including EU): (Updated 24 June 2024)
Due to recurring issues caused by destination post offices and customs authorities, we are temporarily suspending all international orders including EU countries until further notice. This decision is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Our store operates via the Shopify e-commerce platform, which integrates with Royal Mail’s system for seamless postage generation.
1. Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, customers receive a confirmation email detailing all purchased items, as well as the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout. Please review this email carefully to ensure all details are accurate.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Shipping fees will not be refunded, including for orders eligible for free shipping.
4. Undeliverable Packages:
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, and the parcel is returned to us, the following fees will apply:
• Handling Fee: 10% of the total order amount.
• Redelivery Fee: Shipping cost for resending the parcel.
• If a refund is requested, the handling fee and original postage cost will be deducted.
5. Customs and Import Duties:
If a delivery fails due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, and the parcel is returned to us, the following will apply:
• Handling Fee: 10% of the total order amount.
• Additional Fees: Any applicable VAT, import duties, or clearance charges will be deducted.
• Customers requesting a refund will be subject to the above deductions, and returned items must be verified for their original condition before a refund is issued.
For orders that include pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are in stock. Please review the estimated release timeframe (ETA) provided in the product description. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Address Updates for Pre-Orders:
Customers must notify us promptly of any changes to the shipping address for pre-orders, especially if moving house or changing jobs.
• Once all pre-ordered items have arrived, we will send a notification email, detailing the shipping address on record.
• Customers have 2 working days to inform us of any corrections. If no response is received, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
