Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my in-stock order to ship?

Most items are in stock unless marked as a pre-order. We strive to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). As we are a small team, processing may take longer during peak periods, but we will promptly inform you of any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is temporarily suspended due to ongoing issues with customs and destination post offices. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Can I get a pre-order item early if it arrives before the rest of my order?

Yes. If part of your pre-order arrives and you’d like it shipped ahead of the remaining items, contact us. We will provide a payment link to cover the additional shipping costs for the split delivery.

Pre-Orders

Will I be notified when my pre-order items arrive?

You will receive an email notification as each individual pre-order item from your order arrives at our warehouse.

Once all items in your order are in stock, we will send a final "Address Confirmation & Pre-Order Arrival" email. This email will confirm the shipping address we have on file.

Important: You must reply to this email within 2 working days if your shipping address needs to be updated. If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, your order will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.

When should I expect my pre-order to arrive?

Please review the official estimated release timeframe (ETA) for each pre-order item in the product description to manage expectations. It is subject to change by the manufacturer.

If your order contains multiple pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped together once all pre-ordered items have arrived

What happens if my order includes both pre-order and in-stock items?

All items in your order will be shipped together once every pre-order item is in stock.

To manage expectations, please review the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) in the product description for each item.

If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Can I change my delivery address for a pre-order?

Yes, but you must notify us promptly (e.g., if moving house). Once your items arrive, we will send a notification email detailing the address on record. You have 2 working days to reply with corrections. If we don’t hear from you, we will ship to the original address provided at checkout.

Are pre-orders refundable?

Pre-ordered items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. This ensures your item is reserved and your price is locked in.

Note: In the event that a manufacturer officially cancels an item, you will receive a full refund.

What if the manufacturer delays or cancels a pre-order?

Mini Toy Sensei is not accountable for manufacturing delays. However, if a manufacturer officially cancels an item, you will receive a full refund.

Changes, Returns & Issues

Can I change or cancel my order?

For In-Stock Items:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please double-check your confirmation email immediately after ordering.

If you notice a mistake, contact us at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk right away. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

For Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. This ensures your item is reserved and your price is locked in.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy for UK orders if you change your mind (excluding pre-order items).

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original, unopened packaging (including all seals and shrink wrap).
  • If the item was part of a set, the entire set must be returned.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us.

What should I do if my item is defective or arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, contact our customer support at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

We will gladly arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for the affected item. Once your return request is confirmed, the item must be sent back to us within 7 days.

Tip: For transit damage, please include photos of the damaged packaging and the item to help us expedite your claim.

Others

Do you offer a "Collector’s Box" service?

At the moment, we do not offer a collector’s box option for holding orders.

However, all UK domestic orders of £50 or more qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent).

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Regrettably, we do not have a physical storefront at the moment, as we operate exclusively online.

However, we do attend selected toy fairs and car events throughout the year! You can find our upcoming event schedule on our social media channels.
