We offer a 30-day return and refund policy if you changed your mind for UK orders, except pre-order items. (Please note: Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.)

Returns and Refunds

Our commitment is to deliver products of the utmost quality and guarantee your contentment with each purchase.

Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately should the item is defective. Furthermore, if the packaging of the parcel is significantly damaged, please take a picture as evidence and contact the courier company of the delivery. If our product is damaged by the courier, compensation shall be claimed. It will also applied to lost items.

Our store operates through Shopify e-commerce platform, which integrates seamlessly with Royal Mail's system.

Upon placing an order, customers receive a detailed order confirmation email containing all purchased items, as well as the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout. This ensures customers have a record of their order details and can verify the accuracy of their shipping address.

Simultaneously, order information, including shipping addresses, is automatically transferred to the Royal Mail system for postage generation.

Please ensure the provided shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Double-check all details in the order confirmation email for accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us via email at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk immediately.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended, and the shipping fee will not be refunded. (This policy applies to orders eligible for free shipping as well.)

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if the recipient misses the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee (10% of the entire order amount) and a shipping fee for redelivery will be charged.

A handling fee will still apply if you wish to cancel the order. We will assess the returned items and verify if they are in the same condition as when we sent them out before issuing the refund.

To maintain the authenticity and value of our offerings, please review the following guidelines for our items and returns:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund for the affected item. Please return the item within 7 days after return request is confirmed.

  2. Items Opened or Used:  We understand that preferences may change. All our products are securely sealed with shrink wrap with caution label to ensure the items are protected. However, once an item is opened, it cannot be returned for a refund. We recommend reviewing the product details and specifications before making a purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. 

  3. Set: In the event that the item being returned is a component of a set, the entire set must be returned.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  2. The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.
  4. Returns for defective or damaged items are subject to verification and assessment by our team.
  5. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, we recommend only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the process.

  1. Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide your order number, the name of the product, and a description of the issue with your receipt or proof of purchase. Clear photographs of any defects or damages will help expedite the process.

  2. Once your return is approved: We will provide you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. *(Only applies to Defective or Damaged Items)

  3. Refund: We will notify you once we have received and thoroughly inspected your return. If approved, we shall notify you by email and the refund will be processed within 14 days through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time required for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund may vary. Should you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk

**Please note that items returned without prior request for a return will not be accepted.**

**Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.**

**Kindly be aware that our collectible models may include small components and are not built to withstand prolonged handling by children. (Also shown on our product caution labels)** 

**Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable. If the order was entitled to free shipping, the total refunding amount will be issued after deducting the waived shipping cost. **

     

    Exchange

    Please note that our items are often limited edition, and each product typically has only 1-2 stocks. Consequently, exchanges are subject to availability.

    To proceed with an exchange, kindly email us at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk with your order number and the desired item's details with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will assess the availability of the item and provide guidance accordingly.

    We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking availability prior to initiating an exchange.

    International Orders

    Please be advised that exchange and returns are unavailable for international orders due to VAT and import taxes. Should the item arrive damaged, kindly contact us via email with a photo attachment to facilitate the initial refund process. 

    **Please note: Shipping fee and all costs incurred in the destination country, such as VAT, Customs duties, Clearance fee etc., will not be refunded.**
