The majority of our items are available in stock, unless otherwise indicated as pre-order item.
We strive to dispatch most orders within 1-3 working days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and UK public holidays. During peak periods, especially considering our small team, there might be extensions in processing times. Should any delays occur for any reason, we will promptly inform you.
Shipping Options and Rates
UK Domestic Orders:
Free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) is entitled to orders totalling £50 or more.
For orders below this amount:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (or equivalent) : £4.50 (Standard)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24™ (or equivalent) : £5.80 (Express)
The shipping cost for your order is automatically displayed at checkout.
International Orders (Including EU): (Updated 24 June 2024)
Due to recurring issues caused by destination post offices and customs authorities, we are temporarily suspending all international orders including EU countries until further notice. This decision is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Our store operates through Shopify e-commerce platform, which integrates seamlessly with Royal Mail's system.
Upon placing an order, customers receive a detailed order confirmation email containing all purchased items, as well as the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout. This ensures customers have a record of their order details and can verify the accuracy of their shipping address.
Simultaneously, order information, including shipping addresses, is automatically transferred to the Royal Mail system for postage generation.
Please ensure the provided shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Double-check all details in the order confirmation email for accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us via email at contact@minitoysensei.co.uk immediately.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended, and the shipping fee will not be refunded. (This policy applies to orders eligible for free shipping as well.)
If a delivery cannot be completed due to failing to pay any import duties, taxes, custom clearance that incur upon arrival in destination country and the parcel is returned to us, the following fees will apply:
• Handling Fee: A fee of 10% of the total order amount.
• Redelivery Shipping Fee: The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the parcel again.
If a refund is requested for returned parcels, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the order amount, along with the original postage cost paid.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to failing to pay any import duties, taxes, custom clearance that incur upon arrival in destination country and the parcel is returned to us, any additional VAT, import duties or clearance charges (If applicable), a handling fee (10% of the entire order amount) and a shipping fee for redelivery will be charged.
Any additional VAT, import duties or clearance charges (If applicable) and a handling fee (10% of the entire order amount) will still apply if you wish to cancel the order. We will assess the returned items and verify if they are in the same condition as when we sent them out before issuing the refund.
Pre-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, we will ship all items once they are available. Please review the official estimated release timeframe (ETA) for each pre-order item in the product description to manage expectations. If you wish to receive currently available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Pre-Order Address Updates and Notifications Emails
Customers must inform us as soon as possible if the shipping address for pre-orders needs to be changed, such as due to moving house or changing jobs.
We will send out a notification email once all pre-order items have arrived, providing the shipping address recorded in the order. Customers must inform us within 2 working days if the shipping address is incorrect or needs to be updated.
If no email is received by the deadline, shipping will be arranged according to the information provided without further notice.
