The item itelf that arrived was great quality and my boyfriend loved it but the item took a while to be shipped out, the shipping claimed it would take 2-4 days to arrive, my delivery tracking claimed it would come on the forth day but ended coming the next day

Just to share a little more information on our delivery timeframes for future reference, we aim to dispatch most orders within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. We checked your order and can confirm that it was placed on 1 September and dispatched on 2 September, the following working day.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends, as stated at checkout. Delivery times can occasionally vary depending on Royal Mail’s service. We also offer Express shipping, which aims to deliver within 1 to 3 business days, for customers who would prefer a faster delivery option.
